Law 3: HEALTHY & CONVENIENT
We all slip up when we’re out and about. Maybe you’re rushing around with the kids or perhaps you’ve had to work late and don’t feel like cooking. This is usually when we turn to convenience food.
The trick to losing weight is consistency in keeping your healthy eating habits up, no matter where you are. This is where you need to create your own diet-friendly meals and snacks.
Snack ideas:
Olives
Cherry tomatoes
Almonds
Beef jerky
Edamame beans
Spinach (bag)
Boiled eggs (MY FAVORITE BY FAR!)
Carrot and cucumber batons
Fruit (go for berries)
Egg muffins
Paleo scotch eggs
Roasted pumpkin seeds
Mushroom crisps (a little work is worth it!)
Protein pancakes
These are some of the snacks we recommend.

Directions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C/350°F/gas mark 4. Line a loaf tin with greaseproof paper.
- Beat the bananas and eggs for 1–2 minutes in a processor or blender.
- Add the protein powder, chia, flaxseeds, nutmeg, cinnamon, and salt in a food processor. Sift in the flour, baking powder, cocoa and Matcha powder (if adding) and mix again.
- Pour the batter into the lined tin.
- Bake for around 40–45 minutes. Before removing from the oven insert a knife in the middle and check it comes out clean so you know the loaf is baked all the way through.
- Once baked remove from the tin and allow to cool. Slice and serve.
