The best way to find out what CrossFit RNA is all about is to experience it for yourself. We offer a FREE intro class. This is designed to give you a taste of what our workouts are like.

Step 2: Attend the class to try CrossFit & meet the community.
1. Arrive a few minutes early to meet everyone.
2. Bring or arrive in workout clothes, comfortable shoes, an have a open mind and positive attitude!
3. Be prepared to have fun and be exposed to a whole new way of working out!

Step 3: Sign up on one of the membership options & become a CrossFit RNA member.
We have 3 membership options:
Monthly Commitment. This is the best way to commit your self to creating a healthier lifestyle. We have 3 options of commitment and it is paid monthly.
Fixed Length Commitment. This is another great way to commit yourself to creating a healthier lifestyle and is the cheapest way to take part in CrossFit. This membership is paid in full at the point of joining.
Class Pack. This option works if you cant make it to the box every week. This is paid at the point of joining and lasts 12 weeks.
