Instruction: every class, every day!
With your membership, you get qualified instruction by the most experienced certified CrossFit coaching staff in Cambridge. Every day you come to class, our coaches plan the daily workout, help you scale it if necessary, and make sure you have a safe and effective experience that is enjoyable!
CrossFit is as competitive as you want it to be!
You’re in a class with 1-10 other CrossFitters. The work out is “Fight Gone Bad”, a 15 minute workout that is designed to simulate 3 rounds of an MMA fight.
The trainer yells “3-2-1 GO!” and the music starts. Everyone works to complete all reps for time. You realise that this is just as much of a competition as it is a workout.
As is true with any competition, that athlete is motivated to change their lifestyle to get better.
