Crossfit rna testing week
"Hey Athletes,
The time has come in our programming to test your maximum strength. Over the past few weeks, you may have noticed that we have been working within certain percentages (70, 75, 80, 85%) & rep ranges (1, 3, 5reps) on specific major lifts. This has been done intentionally to help gear the body up for testing week.
Monday:
Back Squat 1RM
Strict Press 1RM
Wednesday:
Clean (Squat) 1RM
Thursday:
Deadlift 1RM
Saturday:
Front Squat 1RM
Push Press 1RM
Starting the week of November 3rd, we will be testing these major lifts to find out our 1 Rep Max (1RM). Testing is vital to both you as the athletes and us as the coaches. Testing will allow us to assess the strength and technique you have attained since your CrossFit journey began. It will also help us to program accordingly in the future to ensure your path towards mastering the correct technique and achieving maximal strength continues.
